Objectives and learning outcomes of the course unit: 
Student will get a new knowledge on the functioning of the firm in market economy, its assets and capital. He will understand the relationships between costs and revenues as a tool for profit making. He will be able to do a simple cash flow statement and to analyze the business performance, what he will prove in the project.

Course contents:
The principles of enterprise and entrepreneurship environment, elements of the surroundings, the internal and external factors organizational legal forms of business, organizational structure of company objectives and functions of the enterprise characteristics of its life cycle production activity of the enterprise the factors of production and their productivity (taking into account the specifics of Agriculture) corporate accounts and use them for the purpose of economic management basic categories of business business plan
