Objectives and learning outcomes of the course unit:
The goal of this subject is to provide the survey of the adaptation of managerial functions in the international business environment and to evaluate the ativity of the international managers in the several forms of multinational companies with regards to the political, economical and cultural environment. After completion of the subject the student is able to apply knowledge from International Management and Entrepreneurship in practice.
Course contents:
The subject deals with problems from the international management and entrepreneurship. Management of business entities is realized in global and competitive environment. The managers are able to apply the basic managerial functions planning, organizing, leadership and controlling in multicultural environment. The main attention is devoted to multinational/transnational corporations, theoretical background and methods of international strategic management, the international strategies as well as to the study of multicultural environment.
